Who We Are
Urban Home Health Services is a family -oriented home care agency which has been in business since 2019. The owner is a Registered Nurse with up to 18 years clinical experience in home care services and has a master’s degree and experience in care coordination.
Our main goal is to help our clients remain comfortable at home while receiving care from their loved ones. This way, family members are given the opportunity to provide care to their loved ones while having the assistance of care professionals. With our family foster care service, they may receive financial compensation for taking care of their family members, enabling them to earn while assisting their loved ones. We understand that each of our client’s situation is different. And thus, we create a personalized care plan for each client so that we may offer them the right types and levels of assistance.
